Our Newport Beach spa delivers personalized treatments built around what your body and mind actually need. From signature facials to coastal-inspired massages, every service draws on premium ingredients and genuine care. The Balboa Bay Spa now welcomes non-resort guests Monday through Thursday, so more people can experience this level of calm.

SPA Guidelines
- Arrival Time: Plan to arrive 30 to 60 minutes before your appointment. This gives you time to enjoy the facilities fully. Treatments begin and end on schedule, so late arrivals will receive the remaining treatment time only.
- Cancellations: We require 24-hour notice for any change or cancellation. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% charge. No-shows are charged the full service rate.
- Personal Preference: Pregnant guests or those with medical conditions should confirm that their chosen treatment is appropriate beforehand.
- Comfort and Privacy: Please keep your voice low and stay mindful of other guests seeking quiet. Phones and electronic devices must remain off throughout the spa and locker areas.
- Younger Guests: Guests under 18 are not permitted in locker rooms. Spa services require guests to be at least 16 years old.
Day SPA Access
Spend an entire day unwinding without booking an overnight stay. Many guests specifically search for a Newport Beach spa that offers this kind of flexible access, and our Day Spa Pass delivers exactly that.
Available to resort guests for an additional fee, Day Spa Access includes full use of the steam room, sauna, whirlpool, and cold plunge. Your pass comes with a private locker, plush robe, and sandals for total comfort.
