Our Newport Beach hotel rooms run 500 square feet, with platform beds in espresso wood, pillow-top mattresses and five-fixture bathrooms. Bay View looks straight across the water. Beach Front adds a private patio, a stretch of lawn and a kayak or paddleboard whenever you want one. Courtyard opens onto the pool. Newport gives you the full run of the resort.

LUXURY SUITES

From 900 Square Feet to 3,000

Four suites, each with room to actually live in. The One Bedroom runs 900 square feet with an extra-large soaking tub. Bay View adds a separate bedroom and Crema Marfil marble at 1,100. The Governor's Suite seats ten for dinner at 1,700. The Presidential spans 3,000 square feet, two bedrooms and three balconies over the water.

ACCESSIBLE ROOMS

Ten Accessible Rooms, Same View

We hold ten ADA hotel rooms in Newport Beach across Bay View, Newport and one suite, with king or two-queen layouts. Three have roll-in showers. Grab bars sit at 33 inches, shower heads are removable, and four rooms carry visual alerts for hearing-impaired guests. Select king rooms are on the ground floor. Patios and balconies stay accessible throughout.

FAQs

It's vacation time! Check-in at our Newport Beach hotel opens daily at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. The minimum age to check in is 21. Feel free to use the resort facilities while we store your luggage.

Plans change, and we get it. Contact us as soon as you can to cancel. Cancel 48 hours before 12:00 pm on your arrival date, unless your reservation says otherwise. Packages and special promotions often have additional cancellation policies, so check yours.

In-Room Dining runs Monday through Sunday, 7am to 10pm. Breakfast ends at noon Friday through Sunday. Choose from breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night menus, plus beer, wine, and liquors. View the menu.
