ACCESSIBLE STAYS

Newport Beach ADA Rooms on the Water

Accessibility should not cost you the view. Balboa Bay Resort holds ten ADA hotel rooms in Newport Beach, and every one of them sits where the rest of our accommodation sits, right on the bay. Roll-in showers, visual alerts and grab bars are there where you need them. King and queen layouts, ground floor options and connecting rooms are all available.

BAY VIEW

Accessible Rooms Facing the Water

Our accessible Bay View rooms run the same 500 square feet as every other Bay View room, with the same five-fixture bathroom and the same stretch of Newport Bay outside the door. Choose one king or two queens. Roll-in shower rooms are available in this category, and the patio is reachable without a step.

NEWPORT ROOMS

See the Room Before You Book It

Our accessible Newport hotel rooms in Newport Beach come with one king or two queens, lowered thermostats, multi-level door viewers and door bells. Rather than describe the clearances, we filmed them. Watch the walkthrough for doorway widths, bathroom turning space and the route from the entry to the bed.

ACCESSIBLE SUITE

One Suite, Room for Six

Our accessible suite sleeps up to six with one king bed and a separate living area, which makes it the right room when family travels together or a care companion needs space of their own. It carries the same bathroom features as our other Newport Beach CA hotel rooms, with more floor to move through.
