Sand, Sun, and Snacks

The simplest plans are often the best. Dig in the sand, chase the waves, and take breaks in the shade. A family beach day takes little more than a towel and sunscreen, which makes it one of the easiest things to do in Newport Beach. Pack water, hats, and plenty of towels. Do not forget the snacks or the flip-flops. Little ones tire fast, so plan a break. Then head back to the resort for a swim, a snack, or a nap. The pool deck is made for the afternoon slump.
