This cozy waterfront room features a fireplace, built-in bookcases and décor, natural light, a view of the harbor, and direct access to a private patio. Perfect for breaks, meals, and receptions, Library offers more than 835 square feet of space for up to 100 guests for a reception.

Design features cool white tones, accented with grays and blues, and beautiful gray herringbone wood look flooring. A feature candle wall on a sparkling antique mirror backdrop in the entryway, lighting fixtures, accent wood walls, wallpaper with natural grass cloth texture and color, and accent mirrors complete the ambiance of this lovely space. The Lighthouse can accommodate up to 180 guests for a banquet and 250 for a reception.

The Bayfront Lawn can accommodate up to 280 guests for a ceremony, 120 guests for dinner and dancing, or 150 guests in a cocktail setup.

This stunning venue is complete with a bird’s eye view of the Newport Harbor, marina, and Lido Island in the distance. The Bayview Room also features a private service kitchen and dedicated reception lobby. Perfect for that special occasion that calls for nothing short of spectacular.

The Ballroom features crystal draped chandeliers, beautiful wood trim and neutral colors of blues and sand to complement our waterfront location. Multiple entry ways open to a 1908 square foot event space with paned glass windows overlooking the outdoor Ballroom Terrace for additional options to host breaks or events on a terraced patio. This stunning ballroom can accommodate up to 500 people for a banquet, 1000 people for a reception and 360 people for a classroom style meeting. Located adjacent to the Grand Ballroom, the Pre-Function Area includes two built in bars and a large open area with floor to ceiling windows. This area is ideal for registration, receptions prior to dinner, and displays. Extend your gathering onto the patio for an elegant outdoor space.
