Our resort welcomes business and individual events with flexible meeting space and a courteous staff. An intimate setting along Newport coast, we offer all the capabilities of a large-scale conference resort. Indoor and outdoor spaces for meetings include ballrooms, a bay front lawn, and numerous private rooms with attached terraces to take in all the gorgeous California views. Our in-house kitchen can prepare the perfect menu, or we welcome outside catering from a variety of highly regarded companies.

The Bayview room offers 1,225 square feet of venue space for up to 250 guests. This newly converted room was once a restaurant and is equipped with a fully-functioning built-in bar, separated from the main function space by marbled credenzas. It also has its own service kitchen and private reception lobby. This waterfront room features natural light, with a second-story view of the bay and direct access to a spacious private terrace, perfect for breaks, meals and receptions.

The Library offers more than 835 square feet of venue space for up to 100 guests. This cozy waterfront room features a working fireplace, natural light, with a view of the bay and direct access to a private patio, perfect for breaks, meals, and receptions. Additional meeting rooms with Terrace or Bay Views include The Clipper Room, The Mariner Room, and The Admiralty Room.
For intimate parties or wine tastings, we offer a private dining room with seating for up to 16 guests. Located adjacent to our main dining room, private parties can savor the same culinary delights of our award-winning Orange County restaurant in an intimate setting.
This first floor, naturally-lit space accommodates up to 75 guests across 725 square feet, with private patio.
Offering 1,512 square feet for up to 150 guests, the Quarterdeck room offers natural lighting and adjacent patio space for breaks, lunches, or cocktail receptions.
