Cancellation Policy

In the event you are unable to keep your reservation, please cancel at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.

Cancellation requires a minimum of 24 hours prior to arrival.
Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a one-night room and tax charge.
Pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation policy may vary for special events and holiday periods.

Resort Occupancy

Room rates are for single or double occupancy. Additional charges apply for more than two guests. Additional guests under 18 years old are complimentary. Additional guests over 18 years old are $30 per person per day, plus an additional $30 per day for roll-away beds. There are no additional charges for cribs.

Hospitality Services Fee

A fee of $20 per room per night will be charged, which includes: 24-hour access to resort fitness center, 24-hour access to business center and printing of boarding passes, in-room coffee and tea service, lobby coffee and tea service from 6 am until 9 am, unlimited use of fax services both incoming and outgoing, unlimited local and 1-800 telephone calls, bottled water in room replenished daily (up to 2 maximum), choice of newspaper daily delivered to room, and wireless Internet service in guest room for unlimited devices

Pet Policy

Dogs are welcome at Balboa Bay Resort and Spa. There is a $100 per stay fee. We welcome all well-mannered, disease-free dogs 50 pounds or under. No more than one dog may occupy each guest room. Pets must be leashed or held in arms in all common areas of our Newport Beach resort. Pets are not allowed in the hotel’s restaurants, bar, fitness center, spa, or pool areas. This exclusion does not apply to guide or service animals.
