From our Grand Ballroom to private meeting rooms, Balboa Bay Resort offers a selection of Orange County venues to suit a variety of needs. Business retreats and meetings can take advantage of over 17,000 square feet of flexible event space, as well as 11 breakout rooms with bay views and flexible configurations. For events in the fresh air, Balboa Bay Resort offers 6,000 square feet of outdoor event space for corporate meetings and events.

Offering 7,000 square feet of indoor space for up to 450 guests, this spacious venue illuminates with 5 grand chandeliers and 18-foot tall ceilings and also offers a light-filled 1,100 square-foot pre-function area.
Bay Front Lawn
Our 4,000-square-foot Bay Front Lawn is ideal for outdoor banquets and events along Newport’s beautiful harbor.
Adjacent to the Ballroom foyer, this 2,500-square-foot outdoor terrace is ideal for receptions, cocktails, or pre-function mingling.
The Commodore Room
A private meeting room with 2,025 square feet of venue space for up to 50 guests. Located right on the water, this venue offers waterfront views, as well as an outdoor terrace.
The Quarterdeck Room
A more intimate venue with 1,512 square feet of event space for up to 40 guests, ideal for business conferences and meetings.
A luxurious 14-seat meeting venue with a large mahogany table, plush chairs, and water views.
With Terrace or Bay Views, including The Clipper Room, The Mariner Room, and The Admiralty Room
